1. What services do you offer?** We offer a variety of fun and engaging services, including bounce house rentals, a mobile Paint & Play Bus, soft play and foam parties. Each service is designed to provide an unforgettable experience for kids and families.
2. How do I book a service?** You can book our services directly through our website. Simply select the service you're interested in, choose your preferred date and time, and complete the booking process online. If you need assistance, feel free to contact us!
3. What areas do you serve?** We primarily serve Morris County and surrounding communities. If you’re unsure whether we service your location, please reach out to us to confirm.
4. How far in advance should I book?** We recommend booking as early as possible to ensure availability, especially during peak seasons like summer and holidays. However, we will do our best to accommodate last-minute requests.
5. What are your safety protocols?** Safety is our top priority. Our bounce houses are regularly inspected, cleaned, and sanitized before each use. We also provide safety guidelines that must be followed during the event. Additionally, our Paint and Play Bus is monitored by our staff to ensure a safe and fun environment.
6. Do you provide setup and takedown?** Yes! Our team handles the setup and takedown of all equipment, including bounce houses and foam party setups. We’ll arrive before your event to set everything up and return afterward to pack it all up.
7. What happens in case of bad weather?** If bad weather is expected, we will work with you to reschedule your event or provide a full credit if prefered. Credits never expire. We monitor weather conditions closely and prioritize safety above all else.
8. What is your cancellation policy?** You can cancel or reschedule your booking for a full credit. Please contact us directly to discuss cancellations or changes.
9. How long is the rental period?** Our standard rental period is 6 hours. Extended rental options are also available.
10. Do you require a deposit?** Yes, a $100 deposit is required to secure your booking. The deposit amount will be deducted from your total balance, which is due before the event date.
11. Are there any age or weight limits for the bounce houses?** Our standard bounce houses are suitable for children aged 2 and up. We also offer larger units for older children or adults.
12. Can adults use the bounce houses?** Yes! We have specific bounce houses that can accommodate both children and adults. Please let us know your needs, and we’ll recommend the best option for your event.

14. How does the Paint & Play Bus work?** The Paint and Play Bus is a mobile creative space where children can engage in arts and crafts inside the bus and paint outside. Please visit www.paintplaybus.com for more information.
15. What do I need to provide on the day of the event?** We take care of almost everything, but you will need to provide access to electricity and water, depending on the service. We’ll discuss these details with you during the booking process.
16. How do foam parties work?** Our foam parties include a professional foam machine that creates piles of safe, non-toxic foam for kids to play in. We handle the setup and operation of the machine, ensuring a fun and safe experience for everyone.
17. What are your payment options?** We accept payments via credit/debit cards, zelle/venmo, afterpay and other secure payment methods. Full payment is due before the day of the event.

19. How much space do I need and does the area have to be completely flat? Can you set up in my driveway? **You will need enough space to safely set up the bounce house, including clearance on all sides for safe entry and exit. While a flat surface is ideal , slightly uneven ground will work. Our bounce houses can be set up on grass or hard surfaces. If you are unsure about your space, we can assess the area during the booking process. We do not set up on sand, mulch or dirt.
